I am Nicki Montezeri and I am 17 years old with an enormous passion for singing. I am a singer, performer, songwriter, belly dancer, and guitarist.
I have been singing ever since I was 6 years old when my parents put me in music school.
My favorite type of music to sing is jazz. I grew up listening to songs from Ella Fitzgerald and Amy Whine house. When I am not singing jazz, I’ll be singing opera.
I was a vocalist in the Osceola County School for the Arts where I was taught to sing opera.
I am a very active girl. I love to go to the fitness and take my hip hop dance classes, and I like bodybuilding. I used to do a lot of kickboxing with my sister. We were taught by a ninja turtle named Shishir Inocalla.
I also like designing and making my own performance dresses, evening gowns, and even bikinis.
I would describe my personality as very bubbly and a happy person. I understand that to get far in life, you have to face many obstacles. There will be people that will be harsh and cruel to you and will criticize you, and you’ll get many rejections but you just have to take it all in and better yourself. After you keep working harder and harder in bettering yourself, when you get that one YES it will be the most amazing feeling inside you, emotions of accomplishment, gratitude, joy serenity, pride, and inspiration.
I believe that everyone in the world has a change in succeeding in their dream. We just have to be strong and work hard in bettering ourselves.
